Found this little table at the Goodwill. It was in pretty bad condition on the top, tons of wood flaking off.
So painted it a creamy white, then using Valspar Asphaltum Antiquing Glaze, brushed some on all the nooks and crannies. This piece is absolutely adorable with all its handcarved little details! I love the little balls on the legs, and the drawer designs are just awesome.
It had a super cute hidden drawer inside which I painted white and decoupaged with some cute paper.
Wish I could have kept her, but I sold her today!

I love this! The hidden drawer is too cool. I recently gave up an end table I really wanted to keep so I feel your pain haha :)

You did a lovely job on that little table! I would have loved to have something like that in my home.
Do you buy and update the pieces as a side job, or as a hobby? Either way, I think it is fantastic. :)
